When you complete and return the following reservation request, we will confirm your reservation to you. A valid credit/debit card is required to guarantee your reservation (sorry, switch/delta cards are not accepted). Your card will not be charged except in the event of non-arrival or late cancellation. Cancellations must be re-confirmed by The Hotel Team to you, cancellations can be made without penalty, please ask our advisors for the cancellation policy on your reservation. Please ensure that you receive a cancellation reference in the event of cancelling.
